Maxillo Facial Surgery
Root Canal Treatment (RCT) - A root canal is a treatment used to repair and save a tooth that is badly decayed or becomes infected. Root canal procedures are performed when the nerve of the tooth becomes infected or the pulp becomes damaged. During a root canal procedure, the nerve and pulp is removed and the inside of the tooth is cleaned and sealed.
Denture - An artificial set of teeth that can be removed.
Teeth Whitening - Teeth whitening is ideal for patients who have healthy, unrestored teeth (no fillings) and healthy gums who would like a brighter smile. Patients with yellow tones to their teeth respond best. But this cosmetic procedure is not recommended for everyone.
Tooth Contouring and Reshaping
Composite & Porcelain Tooth Veneers
Fluoride treatment for children, etc.
LASIK is a surgical procedure intended to reduce a person's dependency on glasses or contact lenses. LASIK stands for Laser-Assisted In Situ Keratomileusis and is a procedure that permanently changes the shape of the cornea, the clear covering of the front of the eye, using an excimer laser
Phacoemulsification cataract surgery with foldable IOL
Phacoemulsification cataract surgery with non-foldable IOL
Multifocal foldable IOL
Cataract with Trabeculectomy
An implanted IOL is usually the best replacement. Because the implant is placed in or near the original position of the removed natural lens, vision is restored with good peripheral vision and depth perception yet with minimal magnification and distortion.
Vitreo Retinal Surgery / Retinal Detachment
Entropion / Ectropion
Contact Lens consultation etc.
Heart / Cardiology:Stress test:
This is use for the diagnosis of ischaemic heart disease, assessment of exercise tolerance, response to treatment, and as a prognostic indicator. The use of exercise testing ECGs is also useful in testing for, and assessing, exercise-related arrhythmias.
Angiography is a contrast or isotope imaging technique used to delineate blood vessels. Coronary angiography is an essential procedure in patients with coronary atheromatous disease who may be candidates for coronary angioplasty or surgery.
Cororary angioplasty is the technique where coronary atheromatous obstructions are dilated by the inflation of a balloon within the artery.
Paediatric Cardiac Surgery & Intervention :
Directional coronary atherectomy :
Directional arthrectomy allows the resection and retrieval of an atherosclerotic plaque by means of a catheter
Coronary artery stenting :
Intracoronary stents are used to treat vessel closure following percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty.
Intravascular ultrasound :
Coronary angioplasty is accomplished using a balloon-tipped catheter inserted through an artery in the groin or arm to enlarge a narrowing in a coronary artery. Coronary artery disease occurs when cholesterol plaque builds up (atherosclerosis) in the walls of the arteries to the heart. Angioplasty is successful in opening coronary arteries in 90% of patients. 40% of patients with successful coronary angioplasty will develop recurrent narrowing at the site of balloon inflation.
Balloon valvuloplasty :
Pulmonary stenosis: The pulmonary valve is too tight so that the flow of blood from the right ventricle of the heart into the pulmonary artery is impeded. This means the right ventricle must pump harder than normal to overcome the obstruction. Treatment is needed if the pressure in the right ventricle is higher than normal. The obstruction can usually be relieved by a procedure called balloon valvuloplasty or by open heart surgery during which the stenotic valve is opened. The outlook after either procedure is favorable.
Aortic valve replacement surgery is a kind of open heart surgery that is used to treat defects with the heart's aortic valve.
Coronary bypass surgery:
Coronary artery bypass grafting may be indicated when a coronary angiogram shows >50% stenosis in the presence of any of the following
Open heart surgery for Valvular disease and congenital heart defects in adults and children :
Non-surgical closure of holes in the heart such as ASD, VSD and PDA. etc.:
A ventricular septal defect (VSD) is a medical condition of the ventricular septum. This is the wall that divides the left and right ventricles in the heart.
Minimally invasive cardiac surgery is heart surgery performed through several minute incisions instead of the conventional open heart surgery where a vertical inline incision cut is made along the patient's sternum.
Diagnostics/ Investigations:Health screening identify any budding problem, you will have the chance to take valuable action without delay, with the full assistance and support.

Organ transplants:Organ transplantation is the surgical procedure of replacing a damaged organ in the patient or recipient with a healthy one from a living or cadaver donor. Some of the organs that can be successfully transplanted to a patient are the liver, pancreas, heart, kidneys, lungs, intestine. Some of the tissues that can be transplanted are the cornea, bone marrow, skin and blood. Note: India4health cannot help arrange for organ donor.
